Water Drops Photo Effects

Steamy Window is an unique Application with some extra ordinary effects.In this application, user can add steamy effects on their photo by selecting any of the Steamy Window's & by setting its opacity.*****Direction to Use:-*****
1. Click on "Steamy Window's" button & select any of your photo.
2. Select crop area & click on "Crop" button.
3. Blur the background of your Cropped Image, & increase or decrease the Blur intensity.
4. Select any of the Steamy Window & start Rubbing on it, you can see your photo with Steamy Effects.
